Pets are beloved members of the family.
They deserve portraits, too.

Andrew’s Animals
Andrew, at 7, was an animal lover. His mother asked him what he wanted for his new room in the new house and he said: “A really really big picture of me and all my animals.” He got it. I created a Peaceable Kingdom, worked from lots of photos of the pets, and placed them around Andrew, painting on a large board. I couldn't figure out where to put the pet rats, but then Andrew told me: “On my shoulders, of course.”

Andy Goldner, CPA, an accountant in Philadelphia, adores his dog and his wife does also. So for her birthday, Andy had this portrait of Elmer done.

Andy: “This just captures our beautiful Elmer's expression. Isn't he the cutest thing you ever saw? Look at that face!! Isn't he adorable?! This picture captures Elmer's loving personality, I think.
